on behalf of our employees we would like to thank you for the numerous orders, which we could deliver to you in the last weeks. We also highly appreciate the uninterrupted supply of raw materials through our suppliers and logistic partners.
Right from the start we have confronted these extraordinary times with respect – whereby the well being of our employess is central. We are thankfull, that we did not experience any production downtime due to COVID 19 cases in our company. To protect our employees, our peak output time of 45 hours had to be reduced by 8 hours. This had consequences. The reduced delivery capacity, unfortunately, was and remains the reason for delays in delivery. We apologise for the same.
We are getting ready for Normality 2.0 – a life with Corona – and will act now – adjustments to the production capacity will be made to raise the production output. A new capacity diagramme and a detailed delay list makes the binding delivery times communicated to you more transparent.
The action plan will be implemented within the next two to four weeks time, such that you can expect the delivery times to get back to normal shortly. Should you in the meantime need assistance, please contact us.
Apart from the Inside Sales Team, the sales representatives who continue to work out of home, are at your disposal. Visits to your company and construction sites are also possible at your express request and can take place after consultation and in compliance with the current precautionary and hygiene measures.
